Kinda sad

I don't know what we are going to watch on TV now that the Olympics are over.  Seriously!  We have thoroughly enjoyed watching the coverage from Sochi every night.  Aiden knew what time and what channel (as he is typically the master of the remote).  LOL!

I will miss the competition and the interest stories about Russian culture.  I will miss cheering on the US athletes.  I will miss Aiden's excitement watching the events.  I will miss Rylee "spinning" during the figure skating.

We aren't a TV heavy household.  We watch most nights, but we aren't tied to "our shows".  The kids watch cartoons, and we watch a few things from the DVR.    So it was special to us to spend 17 evenings enjoying the same program together as a family.  

Who knows if it will be the same when the summer Olympics roll around.  I hope so!
