Walmart in the Eve of winter weather

Yes, we went to the store hours before a major winter blast is set to hit our area.  Fortunately, we went late and missed the crowds and the crazy that I know was there earlier.

Here is our forecast:

Yes that is highs in the teens a lows in the single digits, folks!  Brrrr!

Walmart was actually kind of fun to cruise the aisles and see what was left.  There were bags of ice melt and a couple buckets with a few snow shovels just inside the door.  A couple of end caps had beans and cornbread and pasta and sauce on them.  The orange juice and bread had lots of holes on the shelves.  Of course, hot chocolate was on multiple shelves.  

I'm just glad we missed the chaos even if it meant being out a little late.  I can pretty much bet we won't be going anywhere tomorrow unless we absolutely have to.
