Joseph made a yummy chicken, veggies, and rice stir fry for dinner. I was full afterwards, but it hasn't lasted.
I opted to cut back on my carbs for my dietary effort to get healthy. It's gone pretty well this week. The unfortunate thing is there aren't too many snack options.
I may have to go find one because this is the first night I've really been hungry. I know it's important to listen to my body, and my body needs something to eat. LOL!!
