Diet schmiet

Why is that as soon as I say I'm going to eat better and workout, I have pain in my body and am hungry all the time?

We did one workout last week before I came down with a cold.  By the end of the week I was feeling better, but my hip flexor injury was flaring up.  This week Joseph is sick.

Plus, I want to snack all the time.  I could give or take meals for the most part, although I love the breakfast sandwiches Joseph has been making for us.  I want snacks - chips, popcorn, chocolate, fruit, etc.  Tonight it's peanut butter.

I actually wanted this last night, but I didn't give into it.  Tonight I am weaker.  And yes, I'm eating and blogging in bed because Joseph is asleep on the couch with the baby girl.

Maybe I'll get my snackitis out of my system this weekend since it's Super Bowl Sunday.  Bring on the chips and dips and jalapeƱo poppers and fried pickles.  HaHaHa.  Now if I can keep it away when the snow comes next week.  LOL!!
