Road Trippin'

We successfully completed the first leg of our road trip with a stop in Rolla, MO.  It's only a 5 hour trip total, but we thought it would be easier on us and the kids to break it up (hoping they'll be exhausted and sleep on the road home).  

We left a little later than if hoped, but the trip was pretty smooth.  Rylee is getting better at long distances in the car, but she was starting to get antsy about 45 minutes out.

Aiden hasn't quite figured out how to keep her entertained, but he's working on it.

The funny thing is we are in the same hotel we stayed in several years ago when we attempted to go to Joseph's aunt's funeral.  Aiden got sick on the way, and this is as far as we made it.  This is a much more pleasant stay.  The kids had a great time in the pool.

Now, Rylee is sacked out, and Aiden is fighting sleep.  LOL!  I better get my mani/pedi done, so I can get some sleep too.

St. Louis here we come!!!
