Beyond words

I know it's way late. We were finally watching the last installment of The Bible series that was on in the Spring.  I cried - a lot.

There is so much to say and yet I'm somewhat speechless. That a man would suffer so much and die in such a horrific manner to save me from my sins is beyond words.

I'm glad that He has a thing for sinners because I am one, and I need Him.

Paul, a man that persecuted the early Christians fiercely, said it best in I Corinthians that "the greatest of these is love". He sacrificed everything because of His love for us. The very least I can do is love Him back.  Amen.
